Vice President Steve Keogh is a Sergeant in the Honolulu Police Department. A 16-year veteran, Steve is a Patrol Sergeant working District 1 in urban Honolulu, third watch. Previously, Steve served as the SHOPO Honolulu Chapter’s Sergeant Representative and Shop Steward. A native of Chicago, Steve holds a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University.
