Vice President Steve Keogh is a Lieutenant in the Honolulu Police Department. A 17-year veteran, Steve is a Patrol Lieutenant in Waikiki. Previously, Steve served as the SHOPO Honolulu Chapter’s Sergeant Representative and Shop Steward. A native of Chicago, Steve holds a Masters of Science in Criminal Justice from Lewis University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from National Louis University.
