Shawn Cavaco is a Sergeant in the Honolulu Police Department in the Traffic Division with 14 years of service. Before becoming a Director-At-Large for the SHOPO State Board of Directors, Shawn was a Boardmember and Shop Steward for the SHOPO Honolulu Chapter. A Honolulu native, Shawn holds a BS in Criminal Justice and a Minor in Pacific Island History from Chaminade University.
