Bobby is a 24-year Honolulu Police Department veteran. A Lieutenant currently assigned to the Waianae/Kapolei Division, Bobby previously served as Vice President of the State Board and as Honolulu Chapter Chair, Vice Chair, District Director, and Shop Steward. A Honolulu native, Bobby has a Bachelor’s of Arts in Criminal Justice from Chaminade University.
