Currently assigned to the Training Division , Oscar "OJ" Willis has served the Honolulu Police Department for 21 years. An eight-year U.S. Army veteran , he brings extensive patrol and field experience to the Board, having served in HPD’s Districts 1, 2, and 4 , as well as the District 1 and District 2 Crime Reduction Units (CRU).
