Marvin "Kalani" Miles is a Police Officer III with the Maui County Police Department and is currently assigned to the Community Relations Section. "Kalani" has been a Police Officer for about 23 years, and has served as a union Shop Steward, Director, and more recently the Maui Chapter's Vice Chair. "Kalani" was appointed and sworn into office on July 5, 2024, as the new State Board Director at Large. He is excited and ready to serve his colleagues and the Police community in this capacity.  "Kalani" was raised on both Oahu and Maui and is a proud graduate of Saint Anthony's High School in Wailuku, Maui.
