Ken is a Lieutenant and 22-year veteran of the Kauai Police Department currently assigned to KPD’s Investigative Services Bureau (Special Focus Section). Prior to being appointed Kauai Chapter Chair, Ken was the Kauai Chapter Vice Chair and the Chapter’ Lieutenant’s Representative. Ken is from Kapaa, Hawaii.
