Kenneth “Kenny” Carroll is a Sergeant with 21 years of service to the Maui County Police Department, currently assigned to Wailuku (District 1) Patrol and as the Community Policing Sergeant. His law enforcement experience is expansive, having served in the Training Section, Visitor Oriented Policing, Vice/Narcotics, the Special Response Team (SRT) and its newly created Aerial Unit. Having worked patrol in every district on Maui, Kenny has deep community ties and is a dedicated mentor to the island's youth as a high school and youth football coach. Born in Honolulu and raised on Maui, Kenny previously served as the Maui Chapter Chair and as a State Boardmember.
