Jonathan is a Sergeant with the Honolulu Police Department, where he has served for 15 years. Currently assigned to the District 3 Patrol Day Watch, Jonathan worked 10 years in patrol (Districts 3 & 8) and five years as a Detective in the Burglary/Theft Detail. Jonathan has been a dedicated SHOPO advocate for nearly 14 years. Before becoming State Vice President, he started as a Shop Steward and held positions such as Honolulu Chapter Treasurer and Chapter Chair. A Michigan native and summa cum laude graduate of Ferris State University, Jonathan also serves the community as a Cub Scout troop treasurer and is active with Calvary Chapel Honolulu.
