Enoka is a Honolulu Police Department Sergeant with 14 years of service. Currently assigned to the District 4 Crime Reduction Unit (CRU), Enoka previously served with the Homicide detail and was part of the Rapid Deployment Force (RDF) cadre that deployed to the Maunakea protests and to Maui during critical incidents. A graduate of Kamehameha School Kapālama, he also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from the University of Oregon. Married and the father of three, Enoka is a dedicated mentor who spends his time coaching youth sports.
